Generation Y - International eBusiness hub, is eagerly seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in our offices at Athens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives and needs of the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Make recommendations to company hiring managers and coordinating interviews with them
  • Follow up on the interview process status
  • Headhunting
  • Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, Universities, and industry associations
  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources
  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience in similar industry
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent use of English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
